Black Women United Alliance (BWUA) is a registered nonprofit Black women business organization dedicated to educating, empowering, connecting, and advancing Black women. We support Black women entrepreneurs and Black women in business through education, professional development, technology, mentorship, networking, and access to opportunities. Our programs strengthen entrepreneurship, financial capability, and Black women leadership while creating meaningful connections that help women and their communities thrive.

Education

Providing educational programs that build knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, leadership, technology and AI, and financial capability.

Connection

Building meaningful relationships that connect Black women to resources, mentorship, professional networks, business relationships, and one another.

Equipping Black women with the knowledge, resources, skills, and support to advance their careers, grow businesses, lead, thrive, and create lasting impact.

We believe education, connection, and access to resources can create meaningful pathways for Black women to grow as professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders. Through practical learning, mentorship, workforce development, entrepreneurship education, technology and AI, financial capability, and procurement education, we help black women strengthen the knowledge and skills needed to advance.

We also believe advancement becomes more powerful when black women are connected and empowered to support one another. BWUA brings Black women together to build relationships, share knowledge, access resources, develop leadership skills, and create lasting impact in their businesses, careers, and communities.
